Technical Guidance Service for Whole Process of Construction and Installation

 Construction and installation for systems of water resouce, control centers, water supply pipe network and irrigators.

1.Water resources: usually includes water from rivers, lakes, wells, springs, ponds, ditches, reservoirs, underground water and mixed water.

2.Control centers: the center for operation and control of irrigation and fertilizing systems, work togther with water resouce facilities . It’s function includes: provide stable and clean water supply for irrigation system, provide power and flow for the system. It’s installation includes instllations of pumps, controlling valves, flow monitoring and controlling meters and devices, fertilizing devices, filtering systems (for removal of impurities in water resource, prevent the drippers from clogging).

3.water supply pipe network: transport and distribute the water which have been treated by control centers into the irrigation uinits and irrigators in fields as required. As showed in the illustration, it includes main pipes, sub-pipes and tubes and elbows, connectors, valves, etc.

4.Irrigators: the core prt of irrigation system. The water from tubes flow into the drippers, then flow into soil under a certain work pressure via the drippers. Through the irrigators, water are dripped or emittered with a stable low flow rate into soil and thus are spread around in soil. Drip irrigation pipe and drip irrigation belt are the two main types of irrigators. The drippers are embedded in the inner wall of a tube or belt, have functions of distributing and dripping water.

5.Dripper-embedded irrigation pipes and belts are economic water-saving products which are deleloped on the base of cylindrical dripper tubes, can meet with the modern requirements of precise agriculture. They have wider size of filtering and flow, strong anti-clogging performance, the flow of water is all turbulent and the flow rate variance can be lower than 5%, less loss of water pressure, high precision of irrigation, the laying length on smooth land can reach 120 meters per line.

6.The drip irrigation system could be used in open ground farms, greenhouses, tree farms, etc.
